I represented the buyer on this North Central duplex near Hampton Park. They bought it as an investment, moved into the upstairs 2-bed, 2-bath unit, and ran the downstairs 3-bed, 1-bath as a short-term rental. The property had a studs-out renovation in 2018 and carries an active short-term rental permit.

After living there for two years, they put it back on the market. It is a clear example of the house-hack approach this neighborhood supports: live in one unit, rent the other.
